Don’t worry if you need to return or exchange an item — we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. At Kozi Athletics, we’re committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

If you’re not completely happy with your product(s), we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy.
Please contact our Customer Service team at koziathleticspickleball@gmail.com, and we’ll send you a return or exchange form.
A proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Once approved, repackage your item(s) in their original packaging, include the form we provide, and send your return to:

We recommend using a courier service with tracking so you can monitor your package’s return progress.
All returns are shipped at the customer’s expense, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We aim to make refunds as seamless as possible. However, please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your original form of payment.
Approved exchanges will be shipped within 7 business days of return approval.

Wrong or Faulty Items

If you believe you received a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team at koziathleticspickleball@gmail.com upon receipt of your order. We’ll guide you through the best course of action for a refund or exchange.

Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift, the recipient may apply the purchase credit toward another product of equal value.
If a full refund is requested, it will be issued to the original form of payment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kozi Athletics is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
All orders include tracking information in the shipment confirmation email to help you verify delivery status.
If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service team before placing your order.
